CSR POLICY

The CSR Policy of Ceyone has been formulated in consonance with and shall apply to all CSR projects/programmes to be undertaken by the Company in India as per Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.

The Company’s CSR initiatives leverage its own people, expertise, network and interested stakeholders to address the community’s needs. CSR VISION

It is our utmost endeavour to contribute to society and uplift the lives of those groups that are socially and economically marginalized through various CSR avenues possible.

CSR THEMATIC AREA SELECTION

Ceyone’s CSR will undertake Interventions in the areas of disaster relief, environment, health care, etc., all aimed at improving the quality of life of the communities.

    • The company shall select the CSR Thematic area/project according to the ideation received from the CSR Committee and Board of Directors.
    • The Company may roll out surveys to employees to get their feedback about the selection of the CSR Project.
    • The Company intends to give preference to local areas and concentrate on the communities within the periphery of operation and support their upliftment.

CALCULATION AND CONTRIBUTION UNDER CSR

The Board of the Company shall allocate at least 2% of its average net profits made during the preceding three financial years.

Any surpluses arising out of CSR shall be re-deployed back into CSR activities and will not form a part of the business profits of the company under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.

MONITORING AND REPORTING FRAMEWORK

The Company may lay out a monitoring plan to assess the impact generated by its CSR activities by setting up relevant targets to be achieved, implementing a monitoring programme and evaluating the impact through appropriate techniques.

All such impact analyses will also be reported to the CSR Committee and the Board of Directors.

This CSR policy document will be reviewed from time to time and any changes, if necessary, will be approved by the CSR & Sustainability Committee of the Board.
